Stud Medicine

Shara has brought her passion for stud medicine to Rowe Equine and has kickstarted this new service we are now able to offer. She was trained in Australia under one of the industry's experts in all aspects of breeding work including working in the neonatal intensive care unit of a large equine hospital where she didn't lose a single patient under her care. She has also held a position at one of the UK's leading studs, performing cutting edge assisted reproductive technologies including embryo transfer and insemination with sexed semen. She therefore brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the practice.
Depending on facilities we are able to carry out the majority of stud work at your yard. Cases will be assessed on an individual basis with both success and safety in mind.
