Dana qualified from the University of Bristol in 2024 with a distinction in Veterinary Medicine. Prior to her veterinary degree, Dana studied Veterinary Nursing and Bioveterinary Science and practised as a vet nurse for a year before travelling Australia. Dana enjoys all aspects of the job but she has a keen interest in reproduction and medicine and has had previous experience on large stud farms and busy referral hospitals. Outside of work, Dana likes to travel and keep fit by either training in the gym, running or walking miles with her two spaniels, Dave and Fred.
If you weren't a vet what would you be?
"Something in the fitness industry - maybe a personal trainer or a physio. I love meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals - being a vet is a perfect fix for this though!"
What's your ideal weekend?
"Waking up, having a coffee and doing either a dog walk or a bike ride to the pub for lunch!"
Tell us an interesting fact about yourself!
"I was chosen by my school to meet the Queen and give her flowers as she was passing through my village!"
